I got a shirt from hardtailforever.com and, yeah, the fabric actually feels good. It’s soft and comfortable enough to wear all day, which is nice. It’s not super thick or anything, but it feels good on the skin, so I’m not complaining. Overall, I’m happy with it. Very calm about how much I like it.

"Color didn’t match the photos at all"
I ordered a frame from hardtailforever.com because it looked like a really nice deep blue in the photos, but when it arrived, it was more of a dull grey-blue 😕. It didn’t look close to what I thought I was buying. I know colors can look a little different depending on screens and lighting, but this felt like more than that. Now I have to deal with the return process, which is frustrating.

"Sizing was actually right"
I ordered my usual size and it fit just about perfectly. I was a little nervous it might run small, but the size guide was helpful and accurate. The waist and length both felt good, and there weren’t any weird tight spots. It’s just nice when sizing is clear and you get what you expected. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again...

"Still somehow going strong"
I’ve kind of lost track of how many times this thing has taken a hit, bumped it, dropped it once, maybe twice, you know how it goes. Anyway, I expected some issue to show up by now, but nope, it’s still working just fine. So yeah, pleasantly surprised.

I was looking around the site for a hardtail hoodie, but it all felt plain. The colors weren’t that exciting either, and nothing really jumped out at me. It just didn’t make me want to keep browsing, so I left.

"Return was fine, just a little slow"
I had to return a part because it didn’t end up fitting my bike. Customer service did get back to me, so that was good, but it took a couple days each time, which got a little frustrating after a while. The return itself was fine and my refund came through, just not as quick as I would’ve liked. Overall, not bad, not great, just kind of okay.

"Showed up fast, no problems"
I ordered late Monday and it was already at my door by Thursday. Tracking updated like it should, the box was in good shape, and everything went smoothly. no complaints at all. Really happy with the delivery.

"Paint started chipping way too soon"
I expected the frame to hold up better, but the paint started chipping fast. The product page made it sound a lot more durable, which is exactly why I don’t put much trust in all that polished company wording
